JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare quotes, contracts, documents and documents for the sales department.

• Drafting, translating and presenting documents/records in Vietnamese & English.

• Track orders, projects, payment status and delivery progress.

• Manage customer data, prepare periodic reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

• Receiving and supporting customers via email/phone (including foreign customers).

• Carry out administrative and office tasks of the sales department.

• Gender: Male (preferred).

• Graduated from College/University in Economics, Commerce, Management, Engineering or related.

• Good English communication to interact with international customers, TOEIC ≥ 650 or equivalent is preferred.

• Proficient in using image/video graphics software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut...

• Proficient in office AI applications (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Notion AI...) to support drafting, reporting and content design.

• Good communication skills, careful, logical thinking, know how to organize work.

• Proactive, honest, able to withstand work pressure; Priority is given to candidates who are agile and eager to learn.
