We are procuring polyester staple fibres for thermal-bonded blanket insulation and request a formal quotation with technical data as below. 1) Items & specifications A. rPET Primary Fibre • Type: HCS (Hollow Conjugate Staple), non-siliconized • Denier × Cut: 5D × 64 mm • Crimp: 8–10 cpi, stable • Finish: light antistat, no silicone oils • Moisture: ≤ 0.5 %, Finish add-on: ≤ 0.15 % • Contaminants/black specks: minimal • Colour: Mint green (disperse masterbatch, low smoke), please state masterbatch % B.
